
Bread Stuffing
Equipment
- 1 Large frying pan
Ingredients
- 8 Slices White bread stale
- 1/2 c Celery
- 1/2 c Onion chopped
- 3 T Butter
- 1 t Poultry seasoning
- Thyme dried, to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare seasoned vegetables
- Saute onion and celery in butter1/2 c Celery, 1/2 c Onion, 3 T Butter
- Add poultry seasoning, thyme, salt and pepper1 t Poultry seasoning, Thyme, Salt, Pepper
- Set aside
Prepare Bread
- Soak bread in water (just enough to moisten through the bread8 Slices White bread
- Combine bread and seasoned vegetables
