Equipment

  • 1 Large frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Slices White bread stale
  • 1/2 c Celery
  • 1/2 c Onion chopped
  • 3 T Butter
  • 1 t Poultry seasoning
  • Thyme dried, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare seasoned vegetables

  • Saute onion and celery in butter
    1/2 c Celery, 1/2 c Onion, 3 T Butter
  • Add poultry seasoning, thyme, salt and pepper
    1 t Poultry seasoning, Thyme, Salt, Pepper
  • Set aside

Prepare Bread

  • Soak bread in water (just enough to moisten through the bread
    8 Slices White bread
  • Combine bread and seasoned vegetables
