Sweet Potato Casserole
Equipment
- 1 Large casserole dish
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 4 c Sweet potatos Cooked, cut in pieces
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1/3 c Milk
- 1/3 c Butter melted
- 1 c Dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 c Peacans chopped
Instructions
Sweet potato mixture
- Beat casserole ingrediants together and place in the casserole dish, lightly greased4 c Sweet potatos, 1/2 c Sugar, 1/2 c Butter, 2 Eggs, 1 t Vanilla, 1/3 c Milk
- Melt topping ingrediants together in a frying pan1/3 c Butter, 1 c Dark brown sugar, 1/2 c flour, 1 c Peacans
- Spread topping on the Sweet Potato
- Bake at 350ยฐ for 25 minutes
Notes
Walnuts can be substitued for the peacans
