Sweet Potato Casserole

Equipment

  • 1 Large casserole dish
  • 1 Frying Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 c Sweet potatos Cooked, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1/3 c Milk
  • 1/3 c Butter melted
  • 1 c Dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c Peacans chopped

Instructions
 

Sweet potato mixture

  • Beat casserole ingrediants together and place in the casserole dish, lightly greased
    4 c Sweet potatos, 1/2 c Sugar, 1/2 c Butter, 2 Eggs, 1 t Vanilla, 1/3 c Milk
  • Melt topping ingrediants together in a frying pan
    1/3 c Butter, 1 c Dark brown sugar, 1/2 c flour, 1 c Peacans
  • Spread topping on the Sweet Potato
  • Bake at 350ยฐ for 25 minutes

Notes

Walnuts can be substitued for the peacans
