Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken over Jasmine Rice

Equipment

  • 1 Slow Cooker
  • 1 Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 t Oregano dried
  • ยฝ t Salt
  • ยผ t Pepper
  • 2 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 2 T Butter
  • ยผ c Water
  • 3 T Lemmon Juice fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 t Chicken Bouillon granuals
  • 1 t Parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

Prep Chicken

  • Mix oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and rub into chicken
    1 t Oregano, ยฝ t Salt, ยผ t Pepper, 2 lb Chicken Breast
  • Melt butter in a skillet and brown chicken for 3 – 5 minutes per side over medium heat
    2 T Butter
  • Place chicken in slow cooker

Prep Cooking Liquid

  • In same skillet, mix water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon and bring to boil
    ยผ c Water, 3 T Lemmon Juice, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 t Chicken Bouillon granuals
  • Pour bouillon liquid over chicken in slow cooker
  • Cover and cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low
  • Add parsley 15 – 30 minutes prior to end of cook time
    1 t Parsley

Notes

If desired, cook jasmine rice with chicken bouillon and fresh, chopped parsely
