Instructions
Prep Chicken
Mix oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and rub into chicken
1 t Oregano,
½ t Salt,
¼ t Pepper,
2 lb Chicken Breast
Melt butter in a skillet and brown chicken for 3 - 5 minutes per side over medium heat
2 T Butter
Place chicken in slow cooker
Prep Cooking Liquid
In same skillet, mix water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon and bring to boil
¼ c Water,
3 T Lemmon Juice,
2 cloves Garlic,
1 t Chicken Bouillon granuals
Pour bouillon liquid over chicken in slow cooker
Cover and cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low
Add parsley 15 - 30 minutes prior to end of cook time
1 t Parsley
Notes
If desired, cook jasmine rice with chicken bouillon and fresh, chopped parsely
