Instructions
Thaw shrimp if frozen
Combine Old Bay, vinegar, and water in dutch oven. Stir
Stir, add steamer basket, and bring to a boil
Layer shrimp in steamer basket, seasoning each layer with additional Old Bay
Cover and steam until tender (about 3 to 5 minutes)
Place shrimp in a large serving bowl. Serve with cocktail sauce
